Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or defective items.
Refund
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team at returns@apexmaverick.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To expedite your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
We are not responsible for any packages lost during the return process.
